Home Buyer Service is not a lender or a realtor. We are a private service organization comprised of real estate finance and transaction advisors with over 26 years experience in the real estate industry. Our company is based in Dana Point, Orange County, California. We have a thorough understanding of government bond programs and the importance of safe and affordable financing and transaction assistance when it comes to long term home ownership affordability.

First-time home buyers all too often overpay for fees or interest, and can get saddled with financing that may cause them to lose their equity or their home. Home Buyer Service was established to provide home buyers with a service that is completely neutral to their financing needs and home purchase. We do not charge a commission for financing assistance and we do not get paid any fees related to a particular property, purchase price or loan amount.

We have built our business primarily by referral, and offer our services in all 50 states.
